Council

Topnotch will handle council submissions and guide you through the paperwork, answering any questions.

Supplier Selection

Once your plans are finalized, choose fixtures and fittings from Topnotch's supplier list. These selections will be added to your quote to ensure budget alignment.

Contract and Bank

Topnotch will finalize your quote and prepare the building contract. They will guide you through the process before submitting it to the bank for loan approval.
